In a healthy body, new white blood cells are regularly produced to replace old, dying blood cells. Blood cancer is caused by excessive production of white blood cells in the bone marrow.<\/p><p><strong>Why Is Cancer Still Growing?<\/strong><br \/>The biggest threats related to climate change for the development of cancer are exposure to air pollution and other carcinogenic chemicals and junk food.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Environmental disturbance is also a reason.<\/strong><br \/>Some chemicals in the environment are toxic substances that can cause cancer in humans and animals. Most chemicals cause the early stages of the cancer process (changes in DNA).<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Workplace<\/strong> \u2013 The relationship seen between workers in most chemical industries is are:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Benzene and leukemia; Asbestos and lung cancer; And Vinyl chloride and liver cancer.<br \/>Workers may be exposed to a combination of cancer-causing chemicals (carcinogens), increasing their risk of cancer.<\/li><li>Asbestos workers who also smoke cigarettes have a risk of lung cancer at least 50 times more than the risk for asbestos workers who do not smoke. Most work-related cancers can be prevented by reducing chemical exposure.<\/li><li>Exposure to certain industrial substances such as arsenic, certain organic chemicals, radon, asbestos, radiation exposure, air pollution, tuberculosis, and in non-smokers, exposure to environmental tobacco smoke also increases a person&#8217;s risk of developing lung cancer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Other factors<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>These include carcinogens that we are exposed to in our living and working environments. Inhalation of carcinogenic substances present in the environment increases the risk of fatal and non-fatal respiratory disease and is actually responsible for the majority of lung cancer cases.<\/li><li>Cigarette smoking is the number one risk factor for lung cancer. In the United States, approximately 80% to 90% of lung cancer deaths are caused by cigarette smoking. Using other tobacco products such as cigars or pipes also increases the risk of lung cancer. Tobacco smoke is a toxic mixture of more than 7,000 chemicals that causes lung cancer by damaging lung cells.<br \/>When you inhale cigarette smoke, which is full of cancer-causing substances (carcinogens), changes in the lung tissue begin almost immediately.<\/li><li>Smoking, radiation exposure, and exposure to certain chemicals increase the risk of certain types of blood cancers.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Treatment<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A. <b>Biomarker testing for cancer treatment<\/b><br \/>Biomarker testing is a way of looking at genes, proteins, and other substances (called biomarkers or tumor markers) that can provide information about cancer. Biomarker testing can help to choose cancer treatment.<br \/>B. <b>Chemotherapy<\/b><br \/>Chemotherapy is a type of cancer treatment that uses drugs to kill cancer cells.<br \/>C. <b>Hormone therapy<\/b><br \/>Hormone therapy is a treatment that slows or stops the growth of breast and prostate cancers that use hormones to grow.<br \/>D. <b>Hyperthermia<\/b><br \/>Hyperthermia is a type of treatment in which body tissues are heated to 113 degrees Fahrenheit to help damage and kill cancer cells with little or no damage to normal tissues.<br \/>E. <b>Immunotherapy<\/b><br \/>Immunotherapy is a type of cancer treatment that helps your immune system fight cancer.<br \/>F. <b>Photodynamic therapy<\/b><br \/>Photodynamic therapy uses medicine activated by light to kill cancer and other abnormal cells.<br \/>G. <b>Radiation therapy<\/b><br \/>Radiation therapy is a type of cancer treatment that uses high doses of radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors.<br \/>H. <b>Stem cell transplant<\/b><br \/>Stem cell transplants are procedures that restore stem cells that develop into blood cells in people who have been destroyed by high doses of chemotherapy or radiation therapy.<br \/>I. <b>Surgery<\/b><br \/>When it is used to treat cancer, surgery is a procedure in which a surgeon removes the cancer from your body. Learn how different methods of surgery are used against cancer and what you can do before, during, and after surgery.<\/p><p><strong>How To Improve Immunity<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A. <strong>Balanced diet<\/strong><br \/>Vitamin C and lots of other foods support healthy immunity. A diet rich in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale and Brussels sprouts may help reduce systemic inflammation. Allium vegetables like garlic, chives and onions also have similar anti-inflammatory effects. You can enjoy these foods cooked or raw; The nutritional value remains the same. Protein is also important.
